Refund Policy

1.  No Refund Policy

All purchases of Sakthi products are final and non-refundable. Given the nature of packaged food products, including concerns of food safety, hygiene, and shelf-life integrity, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.

 

2.  What Is & Isn’t Eligible

NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND

•  Change of mind after purchase

•  Incorrect product ordered by the user

•  Product already opened or used

•  Delay in delivery once dispatched

•  Products purchased from third-party sellers

Exceptions (Case-by-Case)

  • Product received in severely damaged condition with photographic proof
  • Wrong product shipped due to company error

RESOLUTION FOR APPROVED EXCEPTIONS:

Severely Damaged Product: If the complaint is verified with valid photographic/video evidence, Sakthi Super Hub will assess the claim and provide either a refund or an exchange of the affected product, at Sakthi Super Hub's discretion. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund and the amount refunded will be that of the product only.

Note: All exception cases are subject to review and final determination by Sakthi Super Hub. Raising an exception complaint does not guarantee any resolution or compensation Sakthi Super Hub’s decision shall be final and binding.

 

3.  Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed on our Website or through an authorized e-commerce partner, it is processed immediately to ensure timely dispatch. As a result, orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

 

4.  Reporting a Product Issue

If you believe your purchase qualifies as an exception under Section 02 above, you must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer care team. Your complaint must include:

  Your order number and date of purchase

  A clear description of the issue

  Photographic or video evidence of the defect or damage

  The batch number and manufacturing date are printed on the packaging

Complaints raised after 48 hours of delivery or without supporting evidence will not be considered. Sakthi Super Hub reserves the right to request the product for quality inspection before making any determination

 

5.  Third-Party Platform Purchases

If you have purchased Sakthi products through a third-party e-commerce platform (such as Amazon), the refund and return policy of that respective platform shall apply. Sakthi Super Hub does not directly govern or honor refund requests for purchases made outside of www.sakthisuperhub.com

 

6.  Fraudulent Transactions

 Sakthi Super Hub reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel any order it reasonably suspects to involve fraudulent activity or a violation of these Terms. Such users may be denied future access to purchase through the Website. No refund shall be issued in the event of cancellation due to fraud.
